Personal trainer Canterbury
About me
My name is Ryan Fearn, I am a Personal trainer based in Canterbury with a Masters degree in performance coaching. I currently offer both one-to-one and online personal training sessions. 

​My passion is educating the principles of strength training in order to enhance and prolong physical health and mental wellbeing. 

I am lucky enough to work with a variety of very enthusiastic clients of different ages and training experience. I enjoy giving them as much support and advice as I can to help them achieve their goals. 

I come from a background in science education and I strive to keep updating and expanding my knowledge of both fitness and health topics. .All the training methods I use are put together using the very latest research within the fields of Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning. 

I am currently studying full time as a student of physiotherapy.
