Whatever your motivation, you’ve decided to get fit. If you, like many other fitness newcomers are lacking the confidence to walk in to the gym for the first time alone, haven’t managed to keep up with programs before or feel like you just have no idea where to start then THIS is the first step. The first month of training can be make or break for some people – this is where it can be most difficult to encourage yourself to carry on but can also be where you will start to see and feel results if you do the right things and stick at it! During this month long beginners program you will be able to determine your fitness level through assessment and learn what you should be doing to improve this. Through learning the basics of resistance and bodyweight training as well as cardio/HIIT and nutrition you will build your confidence and have the help you need to push yourself through the first month of your fitness journey.
