Frequently asked questions
What times are personal training sessions available?
09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday
How can I book a session?
The easiest way is to send me a message on my mobile: 07739420075
Where are you located?
I am currently working from a studio close to the centre of Canterbury but I also train clients outside within the city.
Do you train complete beginners?
Yes absolutely. I train a diverse range of clients from ages 12 to 75, including: national level weightlifters, youth athletes and those who wish to improve their health and fitness.
Can you make me a specific personalised diet plan?
No, I can only offer general nutritional advice about healthy eating habits and make you aware of the educational resources that are available. I have taught health and nutrition subjects at secondary schools, however "In the UK, only ‘Dieticians’ who have completed a four-year degree programme can legally give this type of advice. This job title is legally protected (unlike the job title ‘personal trainer’) and is regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council" (The Register of Exercise Professionals). www.bda.uk.com/about-dietetics/what-is-dietitian/dietitian-or-nutritionist.html
